Trend Report: Fall Neutrals

Like most twenty-something’s, I have a pretty intense affinity for all things fall. From autumn breezes to the sound of leaves crackling under your boots, to college football and the always exciting, pre-holiday preparation. There's not much to dislike about this special time of year, especially when it comes to the topic of fashion. From oversized sweaters to knee-high boots, putting together the perfect cold-weather layered ensemble is practically a PTJ. So far, one of the trends that’s catching my eye the most this season, is the onslaught of neutrals. Olive, copper, rust and dusty grays are all popular subtle shades on the Fall 2016 runway and I can't wait to start implementing them into my wardrobe. My favorite thing about neutrals is how easily they blend with other neutrals, which makes layering a cinch. It practically takes the guesswork out of styling. And let's face it, trimming off a few minutes from your morning prep is always a win. Today, I'm wearing some of my newest fall pieces, which I got from Stein Mart. I always enjoy shopping at Stein Mart because they’re constantly updating their merchandise, so there's always something new. Not to mention, the prices are up to 60% below department store prices! I also recently purchased some awesome home décor from them too, including these lamps!

Thank you to Stein Mart for partnering on this post!
