Chaos behind my Lauren Conrad shoot

Guess what, ladies.... I MADE THE TOP 3 on Lauren Conrad's blogger contest. I could seriously scream with excitement... and a hint of stress. The last 10 days have been so beyond crazy I've hardly been able to take a second to appreciate all of the good things that are happening. The day I arrived in Florida for the first of our 3 wedding showers (check out my Barbie themed shower here) I received an email from Lauren Conrad and her team explaining the details of the first style challenge to win a chance at being a guest blogger for 3 months on LaurenConrad.com. The challenge was to create two looks using three of my favorite LC by Lauren Conrad pieces. (I chose the pencil jeans, platform dress sandal and the filigree bracelet) The e-mail couldn't have come during a busier time for me. I had just taken the red eye out of LA, only had the clothes I packed in my suitcase, and I was about to be so busy that finding time to style and shoot two looks within 48 hours seemed truly impossible. To add a dash of difficult, one of the LC by Lauren Conrad pieces I wanted to use somehow didn't make it into my suitcase, so I instantly had to track it down, which resulted in driving an hour and a half to a Kohl's the same day as my first wedding shower. With zero time to shop for additional pieces, I dived into my suitcase, determined to create two looks worthy of LaurenConrad.com. Once I had the outfits, finding the time to shoot them was a whole other ordeal. After two unbelievably amazing wedding showers, we were to off to Destin, Florida for my dress fitting, cake tasting, food tasting, and tux fittings. Somewhere in between, just as we were leaving for Atlanta for the last shower, we found half an hour to shoot the following looks. The Lord was really on my side that day and thankfully it all worked out. Each of the ladies did such a fabulous job styling their favorite Lauren Conrad pieces. I feel so honored to be included with such an amazing bunch of girls. It would mean the world if everyone could please take a second to vote for Fash Boulevard by clicking here. Below I've added some additional photos from our shoot that day. Which look is your favorite?
